• To help build and develop abilities of artists and students
• To provide educational, artistic, cultural, scientific and social seminars
• To provide help and support to students and people with disabilities
• To introduce Afghan culture and art to the world through different exhibitions

Enrollment procedure:
Those who are interested to be an RCAC member must be at least have completed 10th grade of school; and should be interested in social, cultural and artistic activities. They should have a good reputation in society, must have a clean background and must not have convicted of any crimes against humanity by law. After meeting these requirements and individual may complete the membership form and be officially registered as a member of RCAC.” image=”2087″]

Each official member will be assigned specific duties that will be sent to them in writing, as well as clarified orally with them at the time of hiring. A list of activities will be given to each member. Each member should then be committed to do their best for the improvement of activities and achievement of our goals.

Organizational Structure:
As part of our activities, the Center has a director, a vice president, a training committee, an executive director, two executive staff, a secretary, an advertisement officer, a finance officer, and a communications officer. Who are the main members of the core team. The rest of the members will be designated during the activities and programs as needed.
